Initiate Your Request
Log into your FRIENDS BOOK account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is submitted, a prepaid shipping label will be generated and sent to your registered email address for easy printing.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; you will receive a confirmation email and refund once our warehouse inspects the return.
